Rental fees

From € 25,00 to € 45,00 per person, per day according to the season and to the duration of the stay. Regarding bridges and other special holidays, prices are subject of special agreements.

Conditions

All above mentioned rental fees refer to 2010.

All rates include the costs for taxes, electricity, water, gas, the use of bedlinen and towels, exclusive the cost for central heating and final cleaning.

Additional beds in Apartment Oleandro on request.

High season:
Mid June - end of August / mid December - beginning of January

Mid season:
Beginning of April / May - mid June / end of August - September

Low season:
Beginning of January - beginning of April / mid April - beginning of May / end of September - mid December

The indicated seasons are approximate and subject to slight deviations.

Payment
A deposit of 30% of the total rental fee has to be paid when the booking is made. The remaining 70% of the rental fee has to be paid at the latest 30 days before arrival.
Information on bank connection will be provided when the booking is confirmed by the property owner.

Cancellation modalities
30% of the rental fee has to be payed as a deposit when the booking is made.
Should the Tenant, for what ever reason, cancel a lease he/she will be responsible to pay the following cancellation charges:
- cancellation prior to 42 days before the lease is due to start - 30% of the total amount
- cancellation between the 42th and the 28th day before the start - 60% of the total amount
- cancellation between  the 27th and 7th day before the start - 90% of the total amount
- cancellation within 6 days before the start or no show - 100% of the total amount.

If the Tenant has paid a sufficient portion of the amount of the lease then the cancellation charges will be deducted and the balance returned to the Tenant, if any.  If the Tenant has not paid a sufficient portion of the lease fee to cover the cancellation charges, the Tenant is legally responsible to pay the balance of the unpaid cancellation charges to the Owner within 5 business days of receiving a request to do so.

The place of any jurisdiction is Perugia /Italy, to the extent permitted by law.
